3 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The child is aged 3-17 years; 2. The child is an inpatient; 3. The disease is incurable as diagnosed by a doctor; 4. Families receive social worker intervention to provide palliative care services; 5. Parents of children can communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The child is younger than 3 years old; 2. The child is an outpatient; 3. Choosing to provide palliative care services at home, in the community, or in other hospitals, such as non-hospital; 4. The number of social worker interventions is less than 3 times, and the child has died or withdrawn from palliative care services; 5. Parental refusal to participate in the study.
