Interventions
Femoral artery block group (FAB group) and :Nerve block needle advances from the lateral side of femoral artery to the anteromedial side and 10 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine is injected.
Control group (C group):Nerve block needle advances from the lateral side of femoral artery to the anteromedial side and 10 ml of 0.9% normal saline is injected.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From January 2025 to June 2025, a total of 80 patients aged 18-75 years undergoing internal fixation of tibial and/or fibular fractures under general anesthesia combined with nerve block (ASA class I-III) are recruited. (1) The operation time of lower limbs was more than 1 hour, and there was no serious systemic disease; (2) 18-75 years old, able to communicate in normal language; (3) The anesthesia mode is intravenous compound combined with nerve block; (4) Be able to complete the treatment as planned, sign the informed consent, and cooperate with the researcher of this topic.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are allergic or intolerant to local anesthetics; (2) Blocking site infection; (3) the patient refused; (4) Chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics; (5) Difficulties in daily communication; (6) Hypertension or coronary heart disease.
