Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject gave informed consent and agreed to take blood samples; 2. The diagnosis as MDD was based on the International Classification of Diseases and Diagnostic Criteria 10th Edition (ICD-10); 3. HAMD-24>20; 4. Age> 13 years old; 5. Vision and hearing can satisfy clinical evaluation. Healthy control group (previous data will be used, this time healthy control individuals will not be recruited) 1. Healthy individuals with gender, age, and education level matching the patient group 2. HAMD-24 < 8
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug dependence; 2. History of organic brain disease and endocrine disease; 3. Patients with cardiac function grade II and above, arrhythmia, alanine aminotransferase >60U/L, aspartate aminotransferase >40U/L, creatinine >100umol/L and other abnormal cardiac, liver and kidney function; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
