Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients diagnosed with melasma based on medical history, dermoscopy, skin confocal microscopy, and VISIA results; 3. Subjects are in good health and have no photosensitivity diseases, serious systemic diseases, immunodeficiency or autoimmunity diseases, etc.; 4. The subject has normal behavioral capacity and no history of mental illness; 5. Fully understand the content of the trial, voluntarily participate in the trial, be able to cooperate with the treatment and follow-up according to the doctor's instructions, and sign the informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Melasma combined with other pigmented or inflammatory skin diseases 2. Other photoelectric treatments that are in use, have been used before the start of the trial, or plan to use during the trial, including but not limited to pulsed dye laser, Q-switched 1064, picosecond 755, etc.; 3. Use of photosensitizing drugs in the past week, such as quinolone fluxacin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs aspirin, ibuprofen, retinoids isotretinoin, etc.; 4. Those who have mental disorders and cannot cooperate; 5. Those who cannot follow the doctor's instructions for sun protection after surgery. 6. Patients with severe organic diseases.
