Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 10 handwashing nurses in the operating room who have not cooperated with MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty: 1. College degree or above; 2. Engaged in operating room nursing for more than two years; 3. Proficient in artificial total hip arthroplasty; 4. Accept the MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty surgery cooperation operation training and pass the assessment; 5. Willing to participate in this study. 10 handwashing nurses who are proficient in MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty: 1. College degree or above; 2. Engaged in operating room nursing for more than two years; 3. Each handwashing nurse participated in MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty >=30 cases; 4. Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 10 handwashing nurses in the operating room who have not cooperated with MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty: 1. Have not participated in total hip arthroplasty; 2. Unable to participate in the whole research due to special reasons. 10 handwashing nurses who are proficient in MAKO robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty: 1. Unable to participate in the whole research due to special reasons.
