60 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 60 years or older; 2.Diagnosed of BPH based on prostate biopsy; 3.Experiencing one or more LUTS, such as frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, weak urine flow, increased nocturnal urination, etc.; 4.Received standard treatment for the first time at our hospital; 5.Able to cooperate with the completion of relevant laboratory tests, imaging examinations, and psychological health questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe untreated systemic diseases or other unstable physical condition; 2.Urological malignancies or combined systemic tumors; 3.Serious mental illnesses, severe anxiety or depression disorder and senile dementia; 4.Severe untreated systemic diseases or unstable physical conditions of other diseases; 5.History of previous prostate surgery. 6.Use anti-inflammatory drugs for various reasons in the past 4 weeks.
