Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old and 420µmol/L according to relevant guidelines. Arthritis, urate nephropathy, and kidney stones due to urate crystal deposition were diagnosed as gout. (6) The nationality is Han.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women, or female patients who planned to have children during the study period; (2) Probiotics, microecological preparations, antacids, bismuth, tannic acid and drugs were taken in the month before the study Using drugs such as carbon, tincture or antibiotics; (3) Patients who have done intestinal cleaning in the past month; (4) Patients with digestive system tumors; (5) Patients with history of gastrointestinal surgery; (6) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; (7) critically ill or suffering from mental and physical diseases, unable to cooperate with the experiment; (8) Patients with other factors deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator (such as poor overall judgment compliance, Patients who have difficulty in communication and cannot provide accurate information about relevant cases); (9) Patients who are not willing to participate in this study and refuse to sign informed consent.
