Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 18 years; 2 Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer; 3 Receiving PD-1 inhibitor therapy; 4 ECOG/PS score <3; 5 Informed consent; 6 Complete clinical data retention and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Combination of immune diseases or acute or chronic infections and other diseases that may affect the inflammatory index; 2 less than one cycle of treatment regimen; 3 pregnancy or serious infections; 4 combination of severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5 combination of other serious malignant tumors; 6 transfusion therapy; 7 cognitive disorders or psychiatric anomalies.
