Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender unrestricted, aged 18 to 65; 2.Voluntary participation, informed consent; 3.Patients receiving tacrolimus treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult-to-follow-up individuals; Refusal to sign the informed consent form; Patients who experience severe complications after transplantation, with impaired liver or kidney function, and are at immediate risk of life-threatening conditions; Patients with concurrent heart disease, kidney disease, or other malignancies, which may interfere with prognosis or affect research outcomes.
