Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) long-term recurrent lung infections, wheezing, intractable cough; 2) highly suspected congenital heart disease or abnormal blood pipe ring; 3) line of DV - 90 days after CTA adept fiber bronchoscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe clinical symptoms, such as rapid respiratory rate, tracheal intubation, tracheotomy, low oxygen saturation, etc. 2) Contrast agent allergy and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3) fiberoptic bronchoscopy before DV-CTA scan or no fiberoptic bronchoscopy within 90 days after DV-CTA scan
