Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years old; 1.Generalized II-IV stage periodontitis; 2.Stage 1-5 chronic kidney disease;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignancy; 2.Limited life expectancy (less than 2 years); 3.There are systemic diseases that affect the performance/effectiveness of periodontal treatment; 4.Patients with bleeding disorders or coagulation disorders who cannot receive non-surgical periodontal treatment; 5.Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period; 6.Patients who require prophylactic use of antibiotics before dental treatment; 7.Received antibiotic treatment within the past 3 months; 8.Received periodontal treatment within the past 12 months (Excluding Supragingival Scaling); 9.Currently participating in other clinical trials;
