Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-40 years. The maxillary anterior teeth cannot be preserved and needs to be repaired with deferred implants. The thickness of the labial bone plate of the affected tooth is < 1 mm. The affected tooth has mesiodistal and distal adjacent teeth. There is no obvious defect in the soft tissue of the affected tooth. The affected tooth has a stable bite in the mesial and distal teeth. Patient is willing to undergo site preservation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking > 10 cigarettes/day. Severe caries of adjacent teeth or uncontrolled periodontal disease. Tooth torsion and crowding affect implant placement. Acute infection of the affected tooth (abscess or discharge of pus). More than 7 days after total dislocation of the affected tooth. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or other systemic disease. Received treatment with drugs affecting bone metabolism within the past 3 months. History of radiation therapy to the head and neck. Imaging tests produce artifacts. Pregnancy, lactation, or pregnancy plans within half a year. Edentulous periods are not accepted.
