Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients met the diagnostic criteria for ischaemic stroke [40, 45] and the diagnosis was confirmed by cranial CT or cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); (2) First onset of illness; (3) Participation in and completion of comprehensive blood tests, including but not limited to blood glucose, lipids, glycated haemoglobin, homocysteine and coagulation function and other relevant indicators; (4) Male or female aged >=18 years; (5) Subjects who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participants with mental disorders or other serious illnesses who are physically unable to complete the questionnaire; (2) Participants who were unable to understand the Chinese questionnaire.
