Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the definition of the elderly in developing countries, age>=60 years; (2) Meet the relevant criteria for hypertension and confirm the condition; (3) The course of the disease is more than 1 month and the disease is documented in the community; (4) Able to understand the content of the questionnaire items, give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious complications of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs, history of mental illness, and no ability to express themselves; (2) Serious illness during the study and inability to conduct this study.
