18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years old; (2)BMI >= 24kg/m^2; (3) PSG inspection has been improved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients previously diagnosed as OSAHS and receiving continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or other drugs; (2) patients with excessive drinking (defined as male > 20g/d and female > 10g/d); (3) Patients with various types of hepatitis, liver damage or other liver diseases; (4) Patients with stress (infection, surgery, trauma, malignant tumor).
