Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture and is confirmed through imaging diagnosis; (2) Planned to undergo unilateral hip fracture surgery at a later date; (3) Elderly patients aged 59 to 85 years old; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II or III; (5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Femoral artery bypass surgery; (2) Patient refusal; (3) Failure or incompleteness of nerve block; (4) Allergic to analgesic drugs; (5) Blocked site infection; (6) Coagulation dysfunction; (7) Previous presence of peripheral neuropathy or neurological disorders.
