Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients scheduled for surgical procedures. 2. Patients able to undergo at least 12 months of postoperative pain management follow-up. 3. Patients who consent to participate in preoperative anxiety and depression screening, as well as postoperative pain scoring follow-up; 4. Adults aged 18 to 70 years. 5. ASA ?-?. 6. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing chronic pain symptoms or currently undergoing chronic pain treatment. 2. History of intravenous drug or opioid abuse. 3. Patients with severe psychological or psychiatric disorders that may hinder adherence to study requirements or affect pain assessment. 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5. Patients whose surgical method has been altered. 6. Patients transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery; 7. Incomplete baseline data; 8. People with communication barriers have severe visual or auditory impairments due to language barriers.
