Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged = 60 years; 2) Diagnosed with GERD (meeting one of the following criteria: having typical symptoms of reflux, heartburn, and/or acid regurgitation, with effective acid - suppressing agent trial therapy; gastroscopy showing grade B or higher RE, reflux - related stenosis, or pathologically confirmed BE; having atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms, with gastroscopy showing no esophageal mucosal damage or grade A RE, and esophageal reflux monitoring indicating pathological reflux); 3) Willing to participate in this study and having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Under 60 years old; 2) Refractory to acid - suppressing agents; 3) Hiatal hernia diameter = 2 cm; combined with LA - C or D grade esophagitis, Barrett's esophagus, peptic esophageal stricture, or other esophageal diseases apart from GERD; 4) Previous anti - reflux surgery; 5) Combined with collagen - vascular disease or coagulation dysfunction; 6) Unable to tolerate surgery; 7) Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
