Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets CNLBP diagnostic criteria; The VAS score is 3~6 points when the low back pain occurs; Duration of illness > = 12 weeks, recurrent; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute low back injury, severe pain or cramping; Caused by specific factors such as tumors, fractures, spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, severe osteoporosis, etc.; low back pain due to lesions of internal organs; Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form and subjectively do not cooperate with the experimenter.
