Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were first ACL injury without prior surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were patients with severe bilateral knee injury or other knee ligament injury requiring surgical intervention (such as the posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament), and patients with incomplete clinical data or cognitive impairment and psychiatric disorders were excluded
