Test group:chidamid, etoposide, cytarabine, and cyclophosphamide, patients with CD20(+) were given rituximab too.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lymphoma confirmed by pathology or histopytology; 2. Age 12-75 years old; 3. Patients with IPI score of 3-5, double-expression or double-triple strike diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or relapsed/refractory lymphoma; 4.There should be a definite evaluation of the curative effect of prior treatment before enrollment,; 5. Estimated survival >=1 month; 6. Liver function: transaminase and bilirubin =3 times the upper limit of normal value; Renal function: glomerular filtration rate >=30ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The expected survival time < 1 month; 2. Patients who had serious heart disease; 3. Patients who have had malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Do not receive Chidamide therapy.
