Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: cluster:1.the availability of a health clinic staffed by at least one qualified village doctor, as well as a kindergarten with at least one teacher and facilities suitable for intervention delivery. individual:1.Families with children aged 6 to 30 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cluster:1.Villages with extreme accessibility challenges or those with few potential households (less than 15 households) were excluded individual:1.households in which either the caregiver or the child has severe mental or physical impairments; 2.households planning to be absent for an extended period during the project implementation phase.
