Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 2.Sex is not limited, 18<= age <=75 years old; 3.According to the 15th edition of the Japan Statute of gastric cancer in 2017, the primary lesion of the stomach was diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy; 4.According to the judgment of the treating physician, patients with gastric adenocarcinoma should be treated with immune checkpoint inhibitor before radical gastrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Severe mental illness; 3.History of upper abdominal surgery (except laparoscopic cholecystectomy); 4.Patients with gastric cancer who were not willing to undergo neoadjuvant immunotherapy; 5.History of sustained systemic corticosteroid therapy in the past 1 month; 6.Patients with active infection, active or refractory autoimmune disease, or uncontrolled systemic disease; 7.According to the judgment of the researcher, it is not suitable to participate in this study.
