18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years old, less than 90 years old, gender is not limited; 2. It is in accordance with the diagnostic standard of hypertension accompanied with anxiety; 3. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)(50-59 points) ; 4. Patients with clear thinking, normal understanding, no mental illness; 5. Patients informed consent to this study, voluntary cooperation, good compliance, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants in other clinical trials; 2. Subjects had diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases; 3. Taking antibiotics, steroid hormone or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling; 4.A significant change in diet in the week prior to sampling; 5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumor, blood disease, organ failure, etc. 6. Have received psychiatric treatment, and long-term use of anti-anxiety depression drugs.
