Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Firstly, participants are experiencing stress-related issues and are motivated to learn stress management techniques. Secondly, participants are interested in MBSR courses. Thirdly, participants are willing to commit time and energy to complete the MBSR activities. Fourthly, participants are 18 or above and under 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals receiving psychotherapy or using psychotropic drugs.
