Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) From December 2024 to December 2027, patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at this center who are <=65 years old; (2) Patients who have resided in the Southwest region (Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan) for the past three years; (3) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude patients with inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or gastrointestinal malignant tumors; (2) Exclude patients with infectious diseases such as HIV, syphilis; (3) Exclude patients with a history of intestinal surgery; (4) Exclude pregnant and lactating women; (5) Exclude any other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
