Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.CNLBPD group: (1) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; (2) Age 18-65 years; (3) Chronic low back pain symptoms lasting more than 3 months, complaining of pain symptoms for at least 3 days per week, pain symptom numeric rating scale (NRS) >= 3 points and 13 points. 2.CNLBP group: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) Chronic low back pain symptoms lasting more than 3 months, complaining of pain symptoms for at least 3 days per week, and the Pain Symptom Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) >= 3 points and <=8 points; (3) BDI-II<=13 points. 3.Healthy control group: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) No persistent low back pain symptoms in the past 3 months; (3) BDI-II<=13 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed with depression who require antidepressant medication. (2) Individuals with specific or potential causes of low back pain (e.g., sciatica, spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, recent vertebral fractures, etc.). (3) Individuals with severe systemic or visceral diseases (e.g., inflammatory diseases, malignant tumors, unexplained weight loss, infections, or trauma). (4) Individuals with pain in other parts of the body that is more severe than low back pain. (5) Individuals with contraindications for fNIRS assessment. (6) Individuals with a BMI 30 kg/m^2. (7) Individuals unwilling or unable to complete the questionnaire survey or fNIRS measurements.
