Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification ? - ? or ? 2. Age 18-65 years old 3. Elective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection (thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection, lobectomy, segmental resection)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate 2. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to study drugs (esketamine, ropivacaine) 3. contraindication to erector spinae plane block, e.g. coagulation disorders, abnormal puncture anatomy, puncture site infection, etc. 4. contraindication to esketamine, such as long-term poorly controlled hypertension, unstable ischaemic heart disease, increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure. 5. Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C, D). 6. Renal failure (requiring renal replacement therapy) 7. Long-term use of analgesics (regular use > 4 weeks prior to the study at doses equal to or greater than 30 mg of oral morphine per day) 8. History of drug or alcohol abuse 9. Speech and language impairment and cognitive impairment 10. BMI >30 kg/m2 or <15 kg/m^2 11. Pregnant or lactating women
