Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Use of the American Spinal Cord Injury Association Injury Scale (AIS) to determine the neurological level and clinical motor integrity (severity) of spinal cord injury (1) Patients with spinal cord injury in the twelfth thoracic vertebra and above with injury degree A-B; (2) The duration of illness is less than 1 year; (3) Age 18-70 years old; (4) Can remain seated for half an hour with assistance; (5) Undiagnosed respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pneumonia, asthma, chronic bronchitis; (6) Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) all kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, visceral insufficiency; (2) suffering from other neurological diseases such as stroke and Parkinson's disease; (3) Severe cognitive impairment, Montreal cognitive assessment Moca<18; (4) Patients with pulmonary hypertension were diagnosed; (5) Those who do not cooperate with the test for other reasons.
