Non opioid anesthesia group:Induction and intraoperative maintenance of general anesthesia mainly using ketamine combined with dexmedetomidine
Conventional opioid anesthesia group:Induction and intraoperative maintenance of general anesthesia with conventional opioid drugs sufentanil and remifentanil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective prostate resection under general anesthesia 2. Age 65~85 years old 3. The estimated operation time < 2 h 4.BMI18~25(kg/m^2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious diseases of heart, liver, kidneys, lungs and other important organs. 2. Long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs, anticoagulants or abuse of alcohol. 3. Allergies to anesthesia-related drugs, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy. 4. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24 points.
