Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical Imaging Data Acquisition: 1.Age range: 18-35 years old.2.Male.3.Head measurement data conform to the P50 percentile of Human dimensions of Chinese aduIts.4.Provide written informed consent.5.No organic lesions in the head and neck. Biomechanical Properties Testing of Biological Tissues:1.Age range: 18-85 years old.2.Patients scheduled for craniofacial and neck tissue resection surgery due to clinical treatment needs.3.Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical Imaging Data Acquisition:None. Biomechanical Properties Testing of Biological Tissues:1.The resectable volume of healthy tissue in discarded human tissues is less than 1 cm × 1 cm × 1 cm.
