Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults aged 18-65 years; 2 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III patients;3 Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients contraindicated with local anesthesia; 2 Patients with long-term opioid use; 3 Patients with a history of ipsilateral shoulder joint surgery; 4 diabetic patients; 5 Patients with mental illness who are unable to provide informed consent.
