Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis; 3.phosphorus >=1.78mmo/L was detected before medication;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Peritonitis occurred in the past 1 month; 2.Malignant diseases of gastrointestinal trac; 3.Combined use of other phosphorus reducing drugs;
