18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Patients aged between 18and 80 with a GCS scor of 3 to 8. 2?Hematoma or contusion tissue was removed and craniocerebral pressure monitor probe was placed into the brain parenchyma, and the monitor was connected for continuous observation and monitoring. 3? Those whose can have their data collected in full.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age > 80 years old or < 18 years old. 2, There are serious systemic diseases or compound injuries, can not tolerate surgery. 3. Patients and their families cannot accept the risk of surgery. 4. Postoperative survival less than 7 days. 5. Patients with previous history of head and facial surgery.
