Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Respectable quality Pap staining pathology pictures; Fine-needle aspiration results of class III and above; Paraffin pathologically confirmed diagnosis of PTC; Complete BRAF and RAS gene mutation information; Complete clinicopathologic information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant with other tumors; Paraffin pathology is not PTC, or contains other pathological types other than PTC; Received non-surgical anti-tumor therapy such as iodine-131, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and so on before puncture; Comorbid mutations in other genes.
