Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18-65 years old (2) CKD3-5 stage (eGFR<60ml/min • 1.73m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with heart failure, myocardial infarction, dialysis, acute kidney injury, etc (2) Use antibiotics, probiotics, etc. in the past month (3) Malignant tumors, multiple organ failure, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (such as acute myocardial infarction and stroke), severe heart failure, concomitant hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, systemic inflammatory response, etc
