Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age>=60 years old; (2)The disabled elderly who are permanent residents of Jintang County and enjoy long-term care insurance; (3)Communication normally; (4)The elderly and their family members agree and accept to participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The condition is too serious to cooperate with the investigation; (2) Other elderly persons who are considered unfit for this project.
