65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=65years old, operation time >=3h, ASA grade II or III, preoperative 3D-CAM simple assessment normal, no history of central nervous system disease, no cognitive impairment, no visual and hearing impairment, normal speech communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of alcoholism or drug dependence, preoperative use of anticholinergics, sedatives and analgesics, dexmedetomidine, and frequent use of analgesics
