Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the Fifth edition of the Statistical Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) of the American Psychiatric Association; 2.Age range 18-65 years old; 3.Single use of atypical antipsychotic drugs; 4.Education level is not less than junior high school (usually no less than 9 years of education); 5. Informed consent of guardian and cooperator
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 meets the criteria for any other mental disorder in the DSM-5; 2 Patients with history of convulsive electroconvulsive therapy or modified electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months before enrollment; 3. Drugs that affect cognitive function, such as atropine and barbiturates, were used 2 weeks before enrollment; 4 Current or past neurological disease or any other serious physical disease that affects cognitive function; 5 History of organic brain diseases, seizures or head trauma; 6 Women of childbearing age during pregnancy and breastfeeding; 7 The visual acuity level cannot meet the requirements of the completed investigator.
