Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, sputum, and dyspnoea; 2. CT scan of the chest showed exudates, solid changes, infiltrates, and pleural effusions; 3. Patients consented to fibreoptic bronchoscopy and were sent for alveolar lavage fluid mNGS testing; 4. mNGS test results suggest viral positivity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a combination of trauma or severe infectious disease elsewhere; 2. Incomplete clinical data; 3. Patients are younger than 18 years old.
