Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia due to orthopedic diseases, the operation time is less than 3 hours; 2. Age 18-80 years old, male or female. 3. ASA grade I-II. 4. Patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In the recovery period of general anesthesia, it is necessary to take a position other than the supine position. 2.The surgical site is more than 2 limbs. 3.Intraoperative blood loss exceeded 800ml and transfusion of allogeneic red blood cells exceeded 2U. 4.The temperature is lower than 36? at the time of entering PACU. 5.There are circumstances that other researchers consider inappropriate to participate in the study.
