Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females over 50 years of age; 2. From January 2016 to December 2023, he visited the Department of Ophthalmology of the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen; 3. Patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia according to the guidelines of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout in China (2019)"; 4. Those who have no lesions in the fundus and no eye diseases mentioned in the "Exclusion Criteria" as determined by the deputy director or above of our hospital; 5. The patients included in the control group were those who were considered to have normal blood uric acid concentration, no lesions in the fundus and no eye diseases mentioned in the "Exclusion Criteria" as determined by the deputy director or above of our hospital according to the guidelines of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout in China (2019); 6. All macular OCTs collected need to meet the signal strength >5/10.
