Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chest CT scan performed within one week prior to puncture; (2) The lesion is close to the pleura; (3) Age >=16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other invasive chest procedures have been performed before puncture; (2) Platelet count1.5;(3)Non first lung biopsy
