Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>= 18 years old (2) ASA : I-III grade (3) BMI:19-30 kg/m2 (4) Elective transurethral resection under general anesthesia surgery (5) Informed consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Basal body temperature37.5 ? (2) Central hyperthermia (3) Dysfunction of temperature regulation (4) History of allergy to anesthetic drugs (5) Combined metabolic disorders (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism) (6) Ear diseases affecting core body temperature measurement (7) Due to surgical requirements, active cooling measures need to be taken
