Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in "Diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases in China (version 2019)"and those who have been diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Patients whose condition is stable after treatment, with clear consciousness, able to express themselves correctly and complete the questionnaire independently. 4. Understand the purpose of this study and be willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with combined systemic malignant tumors or distant metastases of malignant tumors, those with severe damage to organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys, and those with endocrine and hematological system diseases. 2. Patients with a history of dementia.
