20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants are between 20 and 40 years of age, of either sex; 2.Female subjects are not menstruating, pregnant, or at least 6 weeks postpartum, and are not breastfeeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2.Individuals with serious conditions affecting the kidneys, respiratory, endocrine, or hematopoietic systems; 3.Individuals with allergies to ingredients in the test food, such as tea polyphenols, theanine, or caffeine; 4.Individuals with gastrointestinal disease, nearly 3 months did use antibiotics or drugs that affect gastrointestinal function.
