Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with stroke (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease; (2) Age >=18 years old and =3 months; (4) Brunnstrom stage of lower limb function of hemiplegia >=IV; (5) Able to walk independently and continuously for 1 minute; (6) No cognitive impairment, Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=24 in junior high school or higher education, MMSE score >=21 in primary school or no education; (7) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Healthy subjects (1) Age>=18 years old and <=80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) No communication and cognitive impairment; (3) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; (4) No neurological disease and balance and walking dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stroke patients and healthy subjects (1) Orthopedic injury leading to current balance and walking impairment and neurological impairment other than stroke (2) Unable to tolerate 30-60 minutes of assessment process (3) History of epilepsy, brain tumors and other central nervous system diseases; (4) Aphasia, unilateral neglect, etc., unable to accurately express their own wishes; (5) Limb dysfunction caused by previous trauma or peripheral nerve disease; (6) Patients with severe motion sickness; (7) Patients with severe systemic diseases such as heart failure who cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; (8) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia and diabetes; (9) Severe joint contracture; (10) Auditory or visual impairment may affect training; (11) Using drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative and hypnotic drugs, etc.); (12)Obvious pain, sleep disorders and mental disorders; (13) Pregnant patients.
