Control group:Receive traditional stroke rehabilitation care and continuity of care.
Intervention group :Receive a phobic psychological intervention program.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who met the diagnostic criteria for various types of cerebrovascular diseases revised by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association, and whose diagnosis was confirmed by the results of craniocerebral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging; (2) Those who had a clear consciousness and needed to be rehabilitated and could cooperate with the rehabilitation treatment; (3) Those who had a score of 41–99 points for self-care ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who had other serious complications, such as heart failure, malignant tumors, respiratory failure, etc.; (2) Those who were demented, mentally ill, and deaf and mute. All enrolled patients signed an informed consent form and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission (single and double numbers).
