Inclusion criteria: 1. Intrauterine pregnancy and age <=35 years 2.One pregnancy, single pregnancy; 3. Proletarian omen; 4. Clear consciousness, reading, understanding, language ability, able to cooperate with the investigation; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in research.(YNMT)·
