18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.meets diagnostic criteria for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage; 3.first cerebral hemorrhage; 4.cerebral hemorrhage occurs within 12 h of admission; 5.expected survival more than 1 year; 6. All of them were confirmed by cranial CT examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe cardiac and renal diseases; 2.combined with acute and chronic infections; 3.patients with secondary hypertension; 4.the presence of toxic encephalopathy; 5.accompanied by coagulation disorders, malignant tumors; 6.combined with ischemic cerebrovascular disease or cerebral herniation; 7.combined with diseases of the immune system; 8.lactating or pregnant women; 9. Those with a recent history of trauma; 10. Subjects with poor compliance, voluntary discharge and abandonment of treatment during treatment, unable to continue to complete the study.
